This agreement governs the access and use of the administration interface of the remote access solution (“BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access”) and defines the rights and obligations of all authorized users. By logging in to the management interface, you expressly agree to the terms and conditions set out below. 1. Purpose of the management interface The management interface is used exclusively for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the remote access solution and is only accessible to authorized administrators and authorized users. Any use beyond this is prohibited. 2. Access rights and authorization Access to the administration interface is only permitted for authorized employees or contractual partners who have a personal user account. Use is exclusively via individual login information. Passing on or sharing login data is prohibited. 3. Obligations of users Users are obliged to keep their login data secret and to protect it from unauthorized access. This includes regular password changes and the use of strong passwords. Any use of the administration interface is restricted to official tasks. Private use is strictly prohibited. In the event of lost or compromised access, the IT department must be notified immediately. 4. Data protection and security All actions and changes in the administration interface are logged and can be checked by the IT department. The administration interface is used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the company's internal IT security policy. Users may not transmit or store any personal data or security-relevant information in unencrypted form. When using the administration interface, the following personal data is processed - User data - Authentication data - Device and session data - Log and protocol data - Screen transmission/recording data The data is usually deleted automatically after 90 days. However, data may be stored for longer if there are statutory retention obligations or if it is necessary to trace security incidents. 5. Improper use and countermeasures Any misuse of the administration interface may result in consequences under employment law and the withdrawal of access authorization. We reserve the right to take criminal action. This includes in particular the unauthorized disclosure of data, unauthorized manipulation of systems or the circumvention of security precautions. 6. Disclaimer The company accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use of the administration interface. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and may be held liable for misuse. 7. Changes to the agreement The company reserves the right to change this registration agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. 8. Confirmation of the agreement By using the administration interface, you confirm that you have read and understood this registration agreement and agree to the conditions contained therein.
